Do you provide sound equipment?

Our Ceremony and Reception options already cover all your audio needs which can be adjusted to suit your venue

We don’t have access to power, is that okay?
Yes! Depending on the event and venue location we do provide power as an extra hire. It is an important consideration especially for rural locations, so further information will be required about your special day!

Are we strictly 5 piece?
No! We’ve had events where a trio was required which suited the occasion! We strongly believe that our 5 piece band provides the fullest sound and delivers the most authentic live experience. You can also request for additional musicians ie. saxophone player.

Do we need to choose the songs you play?

For wedding ceremonies, we will require your song choices for your entrance, signing of the register and exit. We are very accommodating to all requests and work with you to make your ceremony as memorable as possible.
For receptions, we are confident in our experienced musicians to deliver the right vibe for the night. We encourage couples to provide their input for their favourite genre, artists and songs so we can create a bespoke experience.

How far will you travel for a gig?

We have performed all over Sydney and any events that fall outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area will require travel to be covered

Do we need to provide lunch/dinner?

For bookings that are 3 hours or longer in duration (eg. receptions) we kindly request that food and drinks be provided for our musicians. This is to mitigate the need for our musicians to leave the venue for a break, which could impact time schedule.

Can we use your microphone for announcements?

Yes! Provided that we are notified prior to the day of the event. If you require a wireless microphone, there is an extra hire charge that must be requested beforehand.

Can you have a meeting with us to discuss the gig for our event?

We are more than happy to arrange phone calls or online meetings to discuss details that cannot be answered through email. We stress the importance of having a run sheet with timing details of your event so that our musicians are able to align and coordinate accordingly. We’d also be more than happy to arrange face-to-face meetings with you, provided that you have confirmed your booking with a paid deposit. Please understand that face-to-face meetings are subject to our scheduling and the location of the meeting.

If you have any other questions please contact us and we will be happy to answer them.

Thanks, Nate!
